If you have not received a response to your email with

Do you have a return policy?
If an item is not working properly you will need to

warranty? All of the products on our site are new (unless
stated other wise) and do come with a warranty through
the manufacturer.

It is very easy. Just contact the manufacturer and they
will explain how to return the item to them. Getting
